Soup Keeps You Healthy!

Does it really? Soup seems to be very tasty, warm and perfect for taste buds but is it healthy or it is just a myth? And if it is really healthy then which ingredients make it healthy?

All these questions have been popping out these days while one talks about Soup being a good healthy food. It has been researched that soups are really good for one’s health. If you ask a Nutritionist about what are the minimum three if five things you should eat everyday that will keep you active and healthy then they would recommend you soup because most of the ingredients are found in soups. A vegetable or a no-vegetarian soup makes sure that you get all your nutrition, minerals and protein in one serving with also keeping it very tasty to eat.

There have been few researches in Thailand and Japan and they have discovered a new recipe of soup, which has the ability to prevent diseases like cancer. The soup is called Tom Yum Gung soup with coriander, chilies, lemon grass and shrimps being its main ingredients and it has power to fight back cancer and few other diseases.

Soup is anytime a great winter food but now it has also been proven healthy. After a long research on how to cure or prevent cancer with high rate of efficiency, researchers realized that Thais contain a very strong immune system and have a very minimum number of cancer cases. After long studies, it was reported the quantity of minerals that Thai people have makes their Immune system so strong.  Scientists have studied that the ingredients of this type of soup has 100% more capability of fighting cancer than any other kind of food available out there currently. 

Back in the day there were few research conducted too related to soup being healthy theory. It was reported that in a household where there are more food servings of soup are healthier than other because of the vegetables and other healthy ingredients mixed in it however after taking those out of the soup, it did not really help. They served those vegetables without the soup to other households for the research but the their healthy ratio was the same as before. So it was never reportedly found out. However it was said that Soup being warm and spicy it does help to make the digestive system stronger. 

The new research shows that mixture of the prominent ingredients available in the soup helps human body to block cancer. Researchers are trying to decode the chemical mixture to see what is the chemical reaction to cancer cells and how does it work so effectively.

So after going through all these information one should not have a doubt think if Soup is healthy for you. The cooking method is unique and one should have three to four times of different soups in a week if not more.  With being healthy it is great food that one can enjoy with friends and family.
